«The Revenant», de Alejandro González Iñárritu, nominada en 12 categorías para el Oscar

14 de enero del 2016.- La Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas dio conocer la lista de nominados a la 88 edición de losPremios Oscar. Las nominaciones fueron presentadas en el Teatro Samuel Goldwyn de Beverly Hills, por los directores Guillermo del Toro y Ang Lee, así como por el actor John Krasinski y la presidenta de la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas, Cheryl Boone Isaacs.

«The Revenant», del director mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu, fue la más nominada en 12 categorías, seguida por «Mad Max» con 10 nominaciones.

Las doce nominaciones de «The Revenant» son: «Mejor Director», «Mejor Película», «Mejor Actor», «Mejor Actor de Reparto», «Mejor Fotografía», «Mejor Diseño de Vestuario», «Mejor Edición de Sonido», «Mejor Sonido», «Mejor Maquillaje y Vestuario», «Mejores Efectos Visuales», «Mejor Montaje» y «Mejor Diseño de Producción».

De igual forma, hay otros mexicanos nominados para recibir esta gran presea. Martín Hernández por sonido y Emmanuel ‘El Chivo’ Lubezki, por «Mejor Fotografía», los dos por «The Revenant».

Con esta misma película, Leonardo DiCaprio se encuentra nominado como «Mejor Actor», categoría en la que ganó en los Golden Globes.

 

Las nominadas a «Mejor Actriz» son las veteranas Cate Blanchett por «Carol» y Charlotte Rampling por «45 años» y las jóvenes Jennifer Lawrence, Saoirse Ronan y Brie Larson por «Joy», «Brooklyn» y «La habitación».
Las candidatas a «Mejor Actriz de Reparto» son Jennifer Jason Leigh por «Los odiosos ocho», Rooney Mara por «Carol», Rachel McAdams por «Spotlight», Kate Winslet por «Steve Jobs» y Alicia Vikander por «La chica danesa».
